My name is Cody and I’ve spent the last decade in the trenches of cold calling, cold emailing, and building outbound sales teams from scratch. I know what it’s like to stare down a CRM with 200 names and no clue who’s actually worth your time. I’ve trained reps, built scripts, optimized outreach cadences, and I’ve always had one question in the back of my mind:

Can this be automated?

Turns out, the answer is yes.

What started as a curiosity quickly turned into an obsession. I dove headfirst into automation tools, data systems, and AI platforms—first to make my own job easier, then to build scalable systems for others. Now, with the rise of voice AI and tools like Retell, Make.com, and OpenAI, the gap between “just another cold call” and a fully autonomous sales agent has closed. And I’ve built my company, Obsidian AI, to help others cross that gap too.

Today, I work with companies across North America to build AI-driven sales infrastructure that does real work: qualifies leads, books meetings, reactivates old contacts, and drives traffic to pricing pages, without adding more bodies to the team.

I live in Kelowna, BC, with my wife and son. I love golf, building things that scale, and figuring out how to take the human out of the repetitive stuff, so you can put more human into the parts that actually matter.
